I can add elegant calligraphy to virtually any surface, including wood, fabric, leaves, fruit, shells and agate slices. Place cards can also double up as favours, by using slate coasters, glass dishes, leather luggage tags and more - the only limit is your imagination!

Submit your form or pop me an email with your wedding details, your dream vision, and the signage and day-of items you’re after

I’ll provide suggestions and brainstorm ideas based on your inspiration photos, and then send you a custom, itemised proposal

BOoking
Secure your date in my diary by signing a contract and paying the deposit! Your ideas don’t have to be finalised yet, as we all know wedding plans and inspiration can change and evolve over time

Finalise Details
Roughly a month pre-wedding, I’ll pop you a questionnaire for your specific signage text, guest list and additional details. To ensure I can pay attention to every detail, make sure to send it back at least 3 weeks pre-wedding

Here’s where the magic happens. You’ll have a chance to approve the mock-up designs for key signage pieces, and then I’ll transform your ideas into reality, ready for your big day

What types of wedding calligraphy do you create?
I specialise in day-of wedding details for couples around the UK; your welcome signage, seating chart, table signs and place cards, plus any other on-the-day calligraphy details and signage needs you can think of.
If you’re looking to add an extra special wow-factor, I also offer live calligraphy and engraving, creating custom favours for and in front of your guests.

Welcome Signs
This is often the first thing your guests see (and one they love taking photos with), setting the tone for the day. So, let’s make the impact BIG! Plus, these are a brilliant keepsake to take home and use as decor in your home together.
Place Cards
Name cards or place cards show your guests which seat is theirs, plus can double as favours or simply provide a gorgeous keepsake for guests to take home (who doesn’t love seeing their name in gorgeous hand-writing?)
Seating Charts
These can be as simple or as complicated as you like, from a minimalist board to a full, interactive escort display. However you do it, seating charts are a great place for creativity, and essential for letting guests know where they’re sitting.
Table Numbers
Don’t leave your guests floundering to find their seat—make sure you have table numbers to help them find their table. Plus, they don’t have to be numbers; name each table after a special memory, holiday location, favourite animal, etc!
Station Signage
Think about all the different features at your wedding. Are you having a gift table? Custom cocktails? A dessert station? These signs are a great way of adding personality, encouraging guest interaction, and giving key information.
Toasting Glasses
Why not make your wedding speeches even more You, with champagne flutes (or coupes) engraved with your name and wedding date? If you’re after a practical piece that you’re sure to treasure from the wedding onward, this is it.
When should I inquire?
3-6 months before your wedding is a great time to inquire, after you’ve nailed down the key elements of your wedding aesthetic but still have room to play around with the details. Please book at least 6 weeks before your wedding day to avoid rush fees.
Do you design full wedding suites, including invitations?
My passion is for custom wedding day details, so I leave the invitation suites to those who do it best! However, I am very happy to send some recommendations your way.
Can you deliver to our venue?
While most of my clients choose to pick up their own wedding signage, I do offer delivery for an extra fee. Please inquire for pricing and availability.
Do you have a minimum investment requirement?
My current minimum investment is £800, which is roughly enough for a single seating chart, welcome sign and place cards for 50 guests (based on starting sizes and prices). For large displays I recommend having a budget of at least £1,500. Specifics greatly depend on your designs, guest count and desires, which we can discuss plenty before I provide a quote!
For live calligraphy and engraving, prices start at £300/event, depending on guest numbers, event length and service provided. Please note: this does not include the cost of any surfaces (e.g. shot glasses, candles, etc.) for personalisation.

For in-studio work & personalised gifts
I source and provide most surfaces, however if you want to use your own please send with tracking, to arrive at my London calligraphy studio prior to order start date. Standard turnaround will vary with order scope, but on average will be 8-10 days plus shipping time. Allow for four weeks to ensure safe arrival.
International orders are subject to additional shipping fees and extended time estimates.
Any order placed with less than 10 working days turnaround will incur a rush fee of 25-100% of the total cost, depending on project scope and timing.
For on-site calligraphy & engraving
All paper/glassware/surfaces must be provided at the venue, unless agreed otherwise. My proposal/quote will include time to set up.
On-site events that require extra travel and/or last two days or more may be subject to additional travel and/or accommodation fees.
